Challenge

Native Pet's product mix has a lot of crossover, and many dog parents may need a mixture of solutions for their fur babies. Viewing only one product at a time may not be a quick enough way to view multiple solutions.

The Hypothesis

If we can add a bundling widget to product pages that uses AI to know which products will sell best with the product on page, we can expect an increase in bundles and increase in AOV.

Solution

We worked with Shopify app Frequently Bought Together to create a bundle section that matched Native Pet's branding and felt easy to use.

The Results

Average Order Value: Increased 8%
Purchase rate: Increased 7%
